- The staff can provide information on international exchange, volunteer work, as well as other inquiries regarding life in Hiroshima. Please feel free to ask for information of any kind.
- Friendship Lounge
- An ideal place for prefectural residents and people from abroad to meet and chat. Newspapers, magazines, and books serve as wonderful conversation starters.
- Consultation Section
- Specialist consultants and staff provide information regarding issues with life in Hiroshima, emigration and immigration procedures, overseas study and employment, volunteer work, etc. Questions from both visitors from abroad and residents alike are welcome.

- These halls may be rented for international exchange activities.
