1. When coming to the HIC to meet your volunteer instructor, please come to the reception desk 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
2. Please make sure to be on time. Absence or excessive tardiness on the day of introduction may result in the immediate cancellation of your application. If tardiness is unavoidable, please contact the HIC.
3. If there is any change in the information within your application (contact phone number, address, availability, etc.) please inform the HIC and update your registration. (Note: In the event the HIC cannot contact you due to misinformation, your “One-pair” application may be subject to immediate cancellation.)
4. Phone calls from the HIC will appear as follows: 050-5530-3890. We ask that individuals with cellular phones register this number in their phone’s address book.
5. If, due to vacation or other plans, you are to be outside the country or otherwise unavailable for an extended period of time, please inform the HIC.
6. If for any reason you desire to end or cancel your “One-pair” application, please contact the HIC in advance.
7. The above regulations are for the smooth implementation of the “One-pair” program. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.
